Baked Bingo

Baked Bingo, a quarter-long campaign, is a fun, gamified loyalty initiative designed to drive traffic, repeat visits, and higher average order value. The 25-square Bingo card encourages customers to shop on different days, visit during happy hour, engage with Loyalty perks, and hit spend thresholds. We wanted to keep the experience engaging for both customers and budtenders, while delivering measurable results. Every winning Bingo includes at least one loyalty action, helping grow email and SMS opt-ins, strengthen community, and increase AOV. By combining playful gamification with strategic purchase drivers, Baked Bingo turns engagement into frequent visits, larger transactions, and a lift in sales.

 

This campaign was executed through Experiential Print Design, Email and SMS sends, In-Store Posters, Digital ROKU Assets, Website Banners, an Animated Homepage Video, and Social Media posts.
